I'm fairly new to chili culture, but I learned a few things about chilis I've used with some regularity. I intend to try a number of the recipes at the end - home made chipotles in adobo sauce! This isn't a cookbook, though, it's a reference book with only a few recipes. [ 04.30.07 ]
