» The Great Chile Book, Mark Charles Miller  A good book that does exactly what it promises: shows and describes the chiles you are most likely to encounter, in both their fresh and dried forms.  
I'm fairly new to chili culture, but I learned a few things about chilis I've used with some regularity. I intend to try a number of the recipes at the end - home made chipotles in adobo sauce! Not a cookbook, though, it's a reference book with a few recipes. [ 04.30.07 ]
