Anita started her weblog just weeks after I did, but she was an online diarist long before it even occurred to me to have my own space online. I met her at the first Seattle blogger meetup in February 2000. (That was, I think, the first geographic blogger meetup ever.) I was in touch with her on and off ever since. A great lady, it was a privilege to know her. I will miss her.
