If you're looking for some specific picks to chill, I just tasted through a dozen Beaujolais and posted my notes here:

Of course red wine in summer must be chilled, mostly here in Spain. Instead of coke, in summer holidays we drink chilled red wine with some lemon refreshing (Fanta, Schweppes) what is called "tinto de verano" (summer red wine). Try and enjoy.
