I was not as moved by this film as my husband was. For me, it was interesting, well made, and a little detached. Somewhat implausible in places, but so is every film. I liked an awful lot about it, it just didn't grab me the way films usually do. I loved the ending. Worth seeing. [ 01.06.07 ]

The emotions at the end, after the soldiers stop shooting at the building when they hear the baby cry, were very intense. I don't know what other people felt, but moments like that always feel like a bit of magic is happening on the screen. I gave the film three stars as well.
