What, no "House with a clock in its walls"? Or "Westing Game"?
Seems like a very American list. I was surprised by the popularity of the Berenstain bears, disappointed that the Ahlberg's only rated one mention, and surprised by scarcity of Roald Dahl.
It amuses me that "The Catcher in the Rye" appears alongside "Farmer Boy". It's a list to take kids from birth to existential crisis.
