This is fabulous! I have never tried to make these myself but am glad to see I can avoid the 'red palms' scenario! I have such fond memories of living in D.C. and spending a day with a Japanese friend as she showed us how to make sushi the traditional way, paper fans and all. I will be trying these for my next brokers open!
