Now we need a map or graph of insurance/admin staff per doctor: I know in every office I visit, the admin staff equal or outnumber the physicians and nurses. It might be instructive to see how many non-medical staff it takes to manage a doctor's office in different part of the world.

Geez just last week I was on a rant about my lack of coordination between my doctors and I look at the map and realize how lucky I am to be at 390 to 1 instead of 50,000 to 1 in most of Africa.
