I really liked this, but I think that's partially because I love collards. I don't think I made it right. The lowest setting on my stove is very low indeed, and eventually the garlic started to brown, but I don't think it got to the golden color it was supposed to. I will try this again. A good way to use up cabbage, and tasty even without the carmelized garlic. [ 03.10.06 ]
