Easy and surprisingly good. Wait overnight before correcting the seasoning, and think hard about the effect you want. I added a bit of tamari as I was blending, and regret it - without that addition, the spread was surprisingly sweet, and I think might have been unusual enough to pop it into the Outstanding category. Definitely worth trying. [ 08.12.12 ]
