Actually, somewhere between good and very good. Nice play of flavors in the spicings, though next time, I'll use only 1/8 tsp of cayenne to create just a pleasant tingle. In would cook the last 20 minutes without a lid, to cook down the broth to a more sauce-like consistency. [ 10.23.06 ]
