Tabbouleh, a Salad of Bulgar and Parsley

It's a pretty basic recipe, consisting of equal parts of bulgar and parsley, some chopped onion, lemon juice, and olive oil. I used a shallot instead of onion. The chopping takes a few minutes, but it's an easy recipe and delicious. A perfect hot-weather lunch or dinner. [ 07.26.06 ]
