Whole Wheat Couscous with Cumin and Cauliflower

This is a very delicately flavored dish. I couldn't taste the (serrano) chili, but mine was a bit past its prime, so perhaps a fresher chili would be more noticable. The portions are quite large — in the future I may serve a half-serving per person and add another more full-flavored dish to accompany this one. It took about 20 minutes to prepare the ingredients before cooking, and then about 20 minutes to cook. [ 03.13.06 ]
