I omitted the optional cumin. This is good, but not my favorite as a dressing for green salad. Tastes a lot like hummus; I'm going to work up a bulgar wheat & chickpea salad that uses this as a dressing. This would be an excellent sauce for falafel. [ 07.18.06 ]
